4) Third-party services we use (analytics, advertising, security)

We use trusted third-party tools that may collect or receive information when you use the Site:

Wix (website hosting & site features)

Our Site is built and hosted on Wix. Wix may store Site visitor personal information in data centres located in the United States, Ireland, South Korea, Taiwan and Israel, and may use other jurisdictions as required to deliver their services.

Google Analytics (site analytics)

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the Site (e.g. pages viewed, time on site, navigation patterns). Google uses cookies and similar technologies and may process technical identifiers such as browser/device details and IP address. Google also describes that Analytics can be linked with advertising-related information depending on configuration.

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our website. This information helps us improve our website’s usability and performance. Clarity does not collect passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal data. Data may be processed by Microsoft in accordance with their Privacy Statement (microsoft.com/privacy). You can opt out of Clarity tracking by adjusting your browser’s cookie settings.

Meta Pixel (advertising measurement & audiences)

We use the Meta Pixel (a tracking pixel) to measure the performance of ads and understand actions taken on our Site after someone clicks a Meta ad. The OAIC notes that tracking pixels can involve the collection/disclosure of personal information (including technical identifiers like IP address/URL information) depending on circumstances.

Google reCAPTCHA (spam prevention & security)

We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect the Site from spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA works by collecting hardware and software information (such as device and application data) and sending it to Google for analysis for security purposes; Google states this information is not used for personalised advertising.
