Challenge
Executing major works in a regional location while the existing facility remained fully operational presented logistical hurdles. Managing interfaces with multiple contractors added further complexity to the schedule.
Solution
We adopted a flexible schedule, utilising overtime and weekend shifts to perform disruptive works outside of peak operational hours, ensuring the client's production remained unaffected.
Project Outcome
The extension was successfully commissioned on time and within budget. The seamless integration of new systems has bolstered the facility's processing capabilities with zero unplanned downtime.
